Delivery and Returns
If you're unhappy with your purchase once it's been delivered, you may exchange or return it within 14 days. The product must be unused and in the same condition it was received in its original packaging. It is your responsibility to make sure that the goods are kept safe until they are returned. If they become damaged or lost while being sent back to us, we will not accept any liability. To avoid any breakages, please ensure that they are wrapped and packaged securely. You will also be responsible for the cost of postage for returns.
Goods that are faulty or damaged
Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded. Please notify us as soon as possible if you receive a faulty or damaged product.
A refund will only be credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
